- Non-Business Hours – EMERGENCY- Please call the emergency pager at 802-283-9375. It will ask you to enter your phone number so that they can call you back. Once you have entered the number, you can hang up and the staff on call will call you back as soon as possible.

- Please think twice before calling the on-call number and ask yourself “can this wait until morning?” or “is this something that I need to wake the maintenance staff up for?”
- PLEASE CALL US IF:
– You detect a FIRE – Contact the fire department, then call us when you are safe.
– You detect BURST PIPES.
– It is extremely cold (sub 0 outside) and the Temperature in your apartment drops severely.
– There is any other real danger that is caused by a malfunction in your building.
